Sea Captain Hiring Tip's.

Rule 6. Always insist on CONFIDENTIALITY in regards to your contract. It is unprofessional for any Sea Captain to give a clients name or personal information to strangers or his friends.

Rule 8. Reliable Sea Captains will never guarantee you that damages will never occur. But this issues should be discussed by both the captain and client. Both should agree that certain conditions, weather etc. that the vessel should/will not be subject to.. i.e. hurricane winds, snow storms, high sea.

Rule 10. If hired, BEFORE - DURING - AND AT THE END OF THE SEA VOYAGE, DELIVERY, ask, OR require the Sea Captain to take a time stamped video or picture of both the exterior and interior of the vessel. A picture is worth a thousand words and you want your vessel in an undamaged condition.

Maritime Skip Tracing Of Seaman Or Assets.

Florida Investigation Agency we a reliable skip tracing services. No matter the issue we seek to find lost missing assets or individuals.

Skiptracing (also skip tracing, or debtor and fugitive recovery is the process of locating a person's whereabouts for any number of purposes. A skiptracer is someone who performs this task, which may be the person's primary occupation. The term "skip" (as a noun) refers to the person being searched for, and is derived from the idiomatic expression "to skip town", meaning to depart (perhaps in a rush), leaving minimal clues behind to "trace" the "skip" to a new location.

Skip tracing tactics may be employed by a debt collector, process server, bail bondsman or bail agency enforcer (bounty hunters), repossession agent, private investigator, lawyer, police detective, journalist, or by any person attempting to locate a subject whose contact information is not immediately known. Similar techniques have also been utilized by investigators to locate witnesses in criminal trials.

Maritime Counter Surveillance & Debugging

Counter surveillance may include electronic methods such as bug sweeping, the process of detecting surveillance devices, including covert listening devices, visual surveillance devices. More often than not, counter surveillance will employ a set of actions (countermeasures) that, when followed, reduce the risk of surveillance.

Electronic countermeasures - Most bugs emit some form of electromagnetic radiation, usually radio waves. The standard counter-measure for bugs is therefore to "sweep" for them with a receiver, looking for the radio emissions.

Sweeping is not foolproof. Advanced bugs can be remotely operated to switch on and off, and some even rapidly switch frequencies according to a predetermined pattern in order to make location with sweepers more difficult. A bug that has run out of power may not show up during a sweep, which means that the sweeper will not be alerted to the surveillance.
